Products & Product Descriptions

All jewelry sold by Zariya Official is premium artificial (imitation) jewelry, crafted using high-grade alloys, gold toned, and hand-set stones. We do not sell solid gold or genuine precious gemstone jewelry unless explicitly described as such on the product page.

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, finish, or size may occur due to photography, lighting, or your device's display settings, and due to the handcrafted nature of our products. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing or description errors at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our Site are in [PKR] and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing the order if this occurs.

We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via list your payment methods, e.g. Bank Tranfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa]. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund.

You will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order has been placed. This confirms that we've received your order, not that it has been accepted or shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page, but these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address or contact information provided by you.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
